Returns and Refunds
Because our products are made to order and personalized, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect choice. However, if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if a package goes unclaimed, it may be returned to the fulfillment facility. Any reshipping costs may be your responsibility.
Please contact us before returning any item. Do not send products to the fulfillment facility unless we provide return instructions. Unclaimed returns may be donated after 30 days.
For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened may not be eligible for return.
